Indraprastha Institute of Technology and Management New Delhi Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

IITM Janakpuri is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and approved by AICTE. Admissions for UG programs (B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com (Hons.), BA JMC) are centralised through GGSIPU counselling based on entrance exams. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech (CSE/IT): Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics compulsory in 10+2, minimum 55% aggregate in PCM (relaxations apply).

• BCA: Mathematics/Computer Science/related subjects preferred, pass in English and Maths/Computer.

• BBA / B.Com (Hons.) / BA JMC: Any stream in 10+2, English mandatory.

Entrance Exams Accepted:

• B.Tech: JEE Main Paper 1 (primary).

• BCA / BBA / B.Com: IPU CET

Steps to Apply:

• Qualify for the required entrance exam first 

• Register on the GGSIPU admission portal

• Fill the online application form and upload scanned documents.

• Pay the application fee.

• Submit the form and note your application number.

• Participate in counselling. Log in during scheduled rounds, fill choices (select IITM Janakpuri and preferred programs like BCA/BBA/B.Tech), and lock them.

• Check seat allotment. View results after each round on the portal.

• If allotted IITM, pay the seat confirmation fee online, then visit the campuswith original documents for verification and final admission.
