Institute for Excellence in Higher Education Bhopal Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To get admission in IEHE Bhopal, students are  required to fulfill eligibility criteria as mentioned below: 

Undergraduate (UG) Programs

• Must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent examination from a recognized board (CBSE, MPBSE, ICSE, or any state board).

• Minimum aggregate marks: Usually 60% (relaxation of 5% for SC/ST/OBC candidates in many cases). 

Postgraduate (PG) Programs

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or allied discipline from a recognised university.

• Minimum aggregate marks: Usually 50–60% in graduation (relaxation of 5% for reserved categories).

• Subject alignment: The UG degree should match the PG specialisation.

How to Apply 

The entire admission process is online and follows the Madhya Pradesh Higher Education Department guidelines.

• Visit the Official Website look for the Admission section or latest notices (usually under “Admission” or “Student Corner”).

• Register on the MP Higher Education Portal (Most Important Step)

• Most UG admissions are processed through the centralised online portal of Department of Higher Education, MP.

• Register using your mobile number and create login credentials.

• Fill the common application form for MP colleges (select IEHE Bhopal as preferred college). 

Fill IEHE-Specific Application (if separate)

• For some courses or additional details, fill out the institute-level form directly on website.

• Upload required documents. 

Pay Application Fee

• Pay online via net banking, card, or UPI. 

Merit List & Counselling

• Institute publishes merit lists (category-wise) on the website.

• Shortlisted candidates attend online/offline counselling (document verification + seat allotment).

• Pay admission/fee amount to confirm the seat. 

Document Verification & Final Admission

• Submit originals during counselling/physical reporting.

• Complete fee payment to secure admission.
