To get admission to IPS, the eligibility criteria must be fulfilled as given below:

Eligibility Criteria

• You must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Minimum marks required: 50% aggregate for General category / 45% for the Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC from Maharashtra).
• Final year students can also apply (they must submit proof of passing before admission confirmation).

Entrance Exams Accepted

• MAH MBA CET, CAT CMAT MAT XAT ATMA

How to Apply – Simple Steps

• Appear in one of the accepted entrance exams and get a valid score.
• Register for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) on the official DTE Maharashtra website.
• Fill the CAP application form online, upload documents, and pay the CAP registration fee.
• Select ASM IPS Pune as one of your college preferences during CAP choice filling.
• Wait for the CAP merit list and allotment rounds (usually 3 rounds).
• If you get a seat allotted in ASM IPS, report to the institute with all original documents for verification and fee payment.
• Complete admission formalities.
