The Placement Cell at ITS Engineering College, Greater Noida, is known as the Corporate Resource Center (CRC). It serves as the central hub for all placement-related activities and acts as a dedicated bridge between students and the industry. The CRC focuses on building strong corporate relationships, facilitating campus recruitments, and enhancing student employability through structured training and career guidance. It is supported by additional teams such as the Personality Development Program (PDP) team and the Student Placement Committee (Placecom), which work collectively to achieve high placement outcomes.

The CRC organises on-campus and off-campus placement drives, invites reputed companies for recruitment, and coordinates guest lectures, industry interactions, and internship opportunities.

Key Functions and Activities of the Placement Cell:

• Industry Connect & Recruiter Relations: The CRC maintains continuous engagement with companies across IT, core engineering, consulting, finance, and service sectors. It invites organisations for campus drives and has successfully brought in 200+ companies in recent cycles, resulting in 310+ job offers in the 2024-25 batch from 80+ active recruiters.

• Training & Skill Development: Comprehensive pre-placement training including aptitude tests and quantitative reasoning sessions; soft skills and communication enhancement; personality development workshops, mock interviews and group discussions; technical training aligned with industry requirements; and guest lectures and seminars by corporate experts. 

• Placement Drives: Organises both on-campus interviews and opportunities for off-campus or pooled drives. Eligible students can participate.

• Internship Support: Facilitates summer internships and industry projects, often linked with academic curriculum.

• Career Guidance: Provides counselling on resume building, career paths, and higher education options.
