Jagan Institute of Management Studies- JIMS Rohini Sector 3 Rohini Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

• Eligibility under graduation- for admission in JIMS bachelor’s programs you have to clear 10+2 level with minimum 50% marks  for general category and for reserve candidates it is 45%.  Intermediate passes from any faculty (Science, Commerce, Arts) are eligible to pursue UG course at this university. The main courses are Management, Information Technology, Fashion Technology, Journalism & Mass Communication, Banking & Finance, Hotel Management, and Design.
• Eligibility Postgraduate- To get admission in JIMS Postgraduate Program you have to be graduated from any recognised universities in this minimum 50-60% marks needed for general categories and relaxations will be applied for reserve candidates. 

Note* for reserved category (ST,SC,OBc,) applicants have 5% relaxation in aggregate marks.

Entrance Exams for PGDM (CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA )

How to apply online? 

• Step 1. To get admission candidates must check the eligibility in undergraduate and post graduation programs.
• Step 2. Go to the official websites of CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA , then register as a new candidate on the home page and then enter your name, email ID, and mobile number as per your academic records, user ID and Password will be received via email/sms after you register successfully .
• Step 3. Now visit the official website of JIMS, fill an online application form, select your PGDM program and upload required documents and the application fees 1000/- online. 
• Step 4. Then final selection is made considering entrance exam scores and your performance in GD and PI rounds. 
• Step 5. Candidates have to pay an application fee according to their categories, once you make the payment you will be notified with the confirmation message on your registered email and number.
• Step 6.  After successfully submitting your application form, download your CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA admit card from the same link when released. 
• Step 7. After that, appear for the exam at your allotted exam center. It will be from one of the preferences only which you have selected earlier. 
• Step 8. After your result declaration, use your CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or ATMA scores and apply for JIMS admission from their website https://www.jims.in/ . 

Documents required: Application Form

At the time of admission in JIMS some qualification and personal documents are required in the application form. All documents of candidates should be scanned from original documents.

Qualification Documents:

• 10+2 marksheet of applicants (200kb)
• Matriculation (10th) marksheet of applicants (150kb)
• Graduation certificate
• Provisional Certificate (if applicants do not have degree or Marksheet)

Personal Documents:

• Aadhar card
• Scanned Signature of students
• Scanned Passport Size Photo of students
  • Caste Certificate (individuals who belongs to other category)
