JLU Bhopal has a dedicated Career Development Centre (CDC) that provides comprehensive support to its students. The cell focuses on holistic skill development and maintains ties with industries for on-camous, off-campus, and virtual placements. The placement cell provides comprehensive support including resume, aptitude training, workshops, internship assistance, and recruitment drives. 

A team of professionals at CDC focuses more on bridging the gap between students and industry, providing end to end support to make students employable and help them in securing rewarding careers. Key activities includes PPT, Mock Interviews and Simulations, Internship Support, Industry Interactions, Campus Recruitment Drives, Mentoring and Career Guidance. 

The CDC has built strong industry partnerships, contributing to consistent placement growth. The placement package and job role is decided by employer on the basis of students' performance and their academic records. Some of the recruiters who participate in placement drives are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Infosys, TCS, Deloitte, Amazon, Wipro, Accenture, Oberoi Group, Mahindra, Vedanta, Jaro Education, Dainik Bhaskar, and many others.
