Jain College of Engineering & Technology has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that plays major role in working for student’s employability and connecting them with various industrial opportunities. The cell is lead by a Training and Placement officer, which makes sure that the cell functions as a bridge between students and recruiters. 

Functions of the Placement Cell:

• The placement cell provides various training and workshops to students to improve their technical skills, aptitude, personality development and soft skills.
• It also helps students in building their resumes and portfolio. They also prepare them fro interviews through mock interviews.
• The cell conducts recruitment drives and PPTs (Pre-Placement Talks)
• Placement cell also provides various internshiops to students which leads to Pre Placement offers.
• The cell also arranges industrial visits and expert guest lectures and internship opportunities for the students.
• It offers career counselling and guidance for higher studies.
