JDMC has a Career Opportunity Cell that organises campus drives, internships, workshops, resume-building sessions, and mock interviews. Since 2005, the Career Opportunity Cell has been working tirelessly under the guidance of Dr Poonam Bewtra (Convenor). The vision of the Cell has been to empower the young women of our college by providing them with job opportunities. Over the years, it has been able to pitch in with some of the renowned organisations in the college for placement of its students. It aspires to be a space where the students take their first flight into the professional world. They have placed students in S&P Capital IQ, EY, Fluor Daniel, Genpact, Aon Hewitt, Concentrix, ICICI Prudential, etc. over the years. Besides Placement, the focus has also been to give corporate exposure to first- and second-year students by providing them with internship opportunities.
