JIMS Jaipur Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To be eligible for admission to the PGDM programme at JIMS, Jaipur, you must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate marks from a recognized university.

• Final-year students awaiting graduation results can also apply, provided they submit proof of passing later.

You need a valid score in one of these national management entrance exams CAT / XAT / CMAT / MAT / ATMA.
 

To Apply

Online Registration,

• Visit the official JIMS Jaipur application portal on the institute website.
• Complete basic registration (name, email, phone) to receive a username and password.
• Use those credentials to fill out the full application form with personal, academic, and exam score details.

Review the form thoroughly before submission.
 

Submit Required Documents,

Attach documents such as your entrance exam scorecard, graduation mark sheets, ID proof, photographs, etc., as required during form submission.
 

Application Fee,
Pay the application fee as specified on the site (often around ₹850 online / offline) at the time of submission. You can also request/download the admission form directly from the campus or from the JIMS Jaipur office and submit it in person with required documents and fees.

Selection Process

After you submit the application,

• Shortlist Based on Entrance Scores,
  Candidates who meet eligibility requirements and have valid exam scores are shortlisted for the next stage.
• Written Assessment Test (WAT),
  Shortlisted applicants are invited to appear for a Written Assessment Test (“WAT”).
• Personal Interview (PI),
  After WAT, candidates must participate in a Personal Interview round.
• Final Evaluation,
  Final admission decisions are based on a composite evaluation of your entrance score, written test, personal interview performance, and academic records.
