Placement at LCIT, Bhandu, (LCIT, Bhandu) has a dedicated Training & Placement Cell that looks after internships, industrial training, and final placements for students. The placement cell works continuously to build industry connections and invite companies for on-campus and pooled campus recruitment drives. Regular placement preparation activities are conducted, including aptitude training, technical skill enhancement, soft-skill development, and interview preparation sessions. Students are trained in communication skills, resume building, group discussions, mock interviews, and personality development to improve employability.
 

Additionally, college encourages students to take up internships and industrial training during their academic course to gain real-world exposure.
