The placement cell at LJIBA (supported by LJ's Industry Interaction and Placement Cell) organises training sessions, mock interviews, resume building, guest lectures, and industry interactions. Activities include pre-placement talks, summer internships, and campus drives. 

Key Activities of Placement Cell:

• Executive Personality Development Program: A comprehensive semester-long initiative covering personality analysis, resume preparation, interview facing skills, group discussion techniques, and domain-specific skills.

• Pre-Placement Training Sessions: Regular workshops and skill-building programs starting from the early years to build professional foundations, including aptitude enhancement and soft skills.

• Mock Interviews and Group Discussions: Simulated practice sessions to prepare students for real recruitment processes, conducted with faculty and trainers.

• Aptitude Tests and Mock Assessments: Regular mock tests to improve quantitative, logical, and verbal abilities required in placement drives.

• Guest Lectures and Industry Expert Sessions: Invitations to corporate professionals for talks, insights, and guidance on industry trends and expectations.

• Industrial Visits and Industry Interactions: Organised visits to companies for practical exposure, networking, and understanding real-world business operations.
