Since the inception of LIBA, it has maintained a record of 100% placements for its students. In recent placements, students were placed in 12 different sectors such as Automobile, Services & IT, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Retail, Market Research, Advertising & Digital Marketing, etc. More than 30 companies participated in final placement drives. Some of the top recruiters are Deloitte, RBI, Bank of America, JLL, CTS, Waycool, Siddhan intelligence, TVS Credit, Nielsen, Animakers, Britannia, and many others.

Highest CTC offered to placement drive was INR 20.5 LPA and the median CTC offered to students was INR 11 LPA. 

LIBA offers scholarships to the marginalized Dalits especially Dalit Christians, migrants, refugees, first generation learners, Transgenders and other marginalized. 

This is one of the apostolic preferences of the Jesuit Chennai Province and Global Jesuits. For the deserving and eligible Dalits and Dalit Christians, the Institute provides full scholarships, which mean waiver of complete fees. For other sections, an appropriate amount of scholarships based on their socio-economic background with documentary evidence is provided. To avail scholarship, students have to apply, then, he/she will be interviewed by a duly constituted committee and the deserving students will be given the scholarship on the need basis.
