Maharaja Agrasen College has an active and dedicated placement cell that serves as a mediator between students and the industry. It plays a pivotal role in connecting students with the professional & corporate world and ensures that students are not only intellectually strong, but they are also equipped with the practical skills and confidencerequired to excel in the corporate world. The Placement cell aims to create diverse opportunities for students through training programs, internships, and placement drives, while also training them on professional attributes such as communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

The Cell also regularly organises interactive workshops, expert lectures, and career counselling webinars to enhance students’ understanding of various career domains. These sessions feature industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and alumni who share their valuable insights and professional experiences. Additionally, the TPC also conducts resume-building sessions, mock interviews, and soft-skill development workshops, enabling students to align their strengths with employers’ expectations and present themselves effectively. Throughout the academic session, the TPC successfully organised several initiatives focusing on career guidance, industry readiness, and professional growth.
