Masters Union Gurugram Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Salary & Top Recruiters

According to the Masters’ Union summer internship program report 2025, UG students from the classes of 2024 and 2025 received over 350 internship offers. The UG batch included 280 students. Out of the total offers, 90% of these were paid roles, and the highest stipend stood at INR 2.55 lakh. In comparison to abroad colleges where the global recession has restricted job opportunities, Masters’ Union has a better placement record with an average package going up to INR 28.5 LPA in 2025. There is limited networking access with CXOs in colleges abroad, however, Masters’ Union students get the opportunity to network with the Indian start-up and corporate ecosystem. This gives students an extra edge to get the required mentorship and recruiters' access.
