The Training and Placement Cell of MIT ACSC serves as a bridge between students and industry. It focuses on making students industry-ready through targeted training and real-world exposure. The placement cell has a dedicated team that provides career guidance, resume building, interview preparation and connection to recruiters. 

The college primarily focuses on interview techniques, aptitude, and self-presentation skills. This training is imparted to all the pre-final year students. Placement Cell ensures that every student is trained according to industry standards before they appear for campus recruitment. We also ensure that every student is counselled properly regarding career options. Students are given maximum interview opportunities until they are placed. 

Key Activities of Placement Cell:

• It prioritises PPT training in aptitude tests, interview techniques, group discussions and self-presentational skills.
• It organises regular interactions, mock interviews, workshops, and industry mentorships.
• The placement cell also manages internships and final placements via student registration portal.
• It ensures maximum exposure to interviews until students get placed.
