N.C. Medical College & Hospital Panipat Scholarships: Eligibility & Scholarship Amount 2026

N.C. Medical College & Hospital provides wide range of scholarships Since it is a government medical college in Haryana, many students get full or partial fee support through state and central schemes. Applicants can not pay full fees if you are eligible for any of the following:

• Post Matric Scholarship Scheme (SC Category)
  Full tuition fee waiver + maintenance allowance (monthly money for food/books).
  Also covers hostel charges in many cases.
  Haryana Government gives this to all eligible SC students.

• Post Matric Scholarship for OBC / BC Category
  Tuition fee reimbursement + allowance.
  Haryana CM announced full scholarship support for OBC students in medical courses (check latest notification).

• Post Matric Scholarship for ST / Minority / EWS
  Available as per central government rules through National Scholarship Portal.
  Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
  For students with good NEET rank and family income below INR 2.5 lakh to INR 4.5 lakh (exact limit changes yearly).

• Haryana State Scholarships
  Special schemes for girls, economically weaker students, and domicile candidates.
  Some students get 100% fee concession if family income is low.
  

How to Apply for Scholarship / Fee Concession

• Register on the National Scholarship Portal or Haryana Post Matric Scholarship portal.

• DMER Haryana also handles scholarship forms during counselling or after admission.

• Submit income certificate, caste certificate, Aadhaar, bank details, and admission proof.

• Apply as soon as you get admission – usually within 1-2 months of joining.
