Admission Process at NGFCET Undergraduate Programs (B.Tech, BBA, BCA, etc.)

Eligibility, 

• B.Tech: 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) with minimum aggregate marks as per college/state norms.
• BBA / BCA / Other UG programs: 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

Application Mode,

• Apply online via the official college website.
• Offline forms can be collected from the college admission office.

Entrance Exam / Selection,

• B.Tech: Selection based on JEE Main scores or state-level counselling (HSTES).
• Management or merit-based seats may consider 12th board marks.

Counselling / Seat Allotment, 

• Eligible candidates are called for counselling and document verification.
• Seats are allotted based on rank, category, and seat availability.

Fee Payment & Confirmation, 

• Once allotted, candidates must pay the admission fees and complete formalities.

Postgraduate Programs (M.Tech, MBA, etc.)

Eligibility,

• M.Tech: B.Tech / BE in relevant branch with minimum marks (50–60% as per university norms).
• MBA: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.

Entrance Exam / Selection,

• M.Tech: Admission through GATE score or university entrance test.
• z: Admission based on CAT / MAT / CMAT / XAT / College-level entrance test or merit in graduation.

• Counselling & Interview, Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal interview/group discussion.
