Training and placements at NICMAR Delhi-NCR are to guide students to choose right career and to impart knowledge, proficiency, and ability and meet the manpower necessities of the industry. The Placement Office at NICMAR Delhi-NCR is the centralised Campus Placement Division across courses established to assist corporates in gratifying their ‘Fresher & Skilful Hiring’ requirements through Campus Placements. PO acts as a single window for all the communications and coordination between the company and NICMAR, NCR. With an increase in demand for knowledgeable, talented, and devoted people in the industry, the key focus of all the stakeholders in the NICMAR is to prepare students for their successful career progression and make them industry-ready. The curriculum is aligned to the industry landscape by taking inputs from the Board, who happen to be the veterans of CRIP sector; it becomes easier to provide exposure to students on emerging trends apart from fostering interactive sessions with business leaders.

The placement season at NICMAR Delhi-NCR is a year-long event, which starts in July-August every year and ends in the month of May-June. The continuous process of the season includes mock tests, simulated GDs, mock interviews and various personality development courses. The placements are systematised, majorly in 2 phases. Phase 1 is piloted in the pre-final semester, whereas phase 2 is organised in the final semester for the graduating students. Over 100 companies with national and international presence across the CRIP sector are invited to participate in the Annual Campus Placements at NICMAR Delhi-NCR. After completion of their first year, two-year course students are mandated to undergo an internship programme, for which assistance is also provided by PO which will enable exposure to functional areas in various departments of the company.

NICMAR University, Delhi-NCR, offers the “NICMAR Top Rankers’ Scholarship” to the students willing to pursue the full-time PGDM & PGCM programmes. The Institute also offers the "NICMAR Merit Scholarship” to the full-time PGDM students. Students will be eligible for only one award/scholarship for a particular academic semester.

Scholarship Categories:

• Outstanding Performance Scholarships: Up to 100% tuition waiver for top 2% intake (Exemplary Merit), tiered awards.

• Merit Scholarships/Concessions: For high performers in national exams or merit lists.

• Other: need-based, EWS, defence personnel, rising talent scholarships.
