TOCS has a placement cell which is active and dedicated. It provides support through training programs, mock interviews, group discussions, personality development, and career guidance. It actively invites companies for campus recruitment and maintains good placement records. They work tirelessly on seeking Companies, Organizations and start ups for their hiring plans and ensuring the Campus Recruitment Drives are happening amidst challenges. The cell is headed by senior faculty and supported by a full-time Placement Officer.

Key Functional and Activities:

• Pre-Placement Training: Organises workshops on aptitude skills, logical reasoning, resume writing, personality grooming, soft skills, communication, team building, mock interviews, group discussions, time management, and technical training.
   
• Career Guidance: Interactive sessions with industry guests, alumni talks, career counselling, and industrial visits/internships.
   
• Placement Drives: Invites companies for campus interviews, maintains records, and ensures hospitality for recruiters.
   
• Other Initiatives: Soft skill program, stress management sessions, and skill enhancement for employability.
