The placement cell at PCU Pune plays an important role in ensuring high employability for its students. It conducts enhancement programs for students, which include such workshops, Workshops & Activities on Effective Communications Skills, Interview readiness sessions, Industry readiness sessions, and more. It organizes a recruitment drive and draws recruiters from various sectors IT, manufacturing, business, and analytics. It also helps students get placed with an international organization such as the UK, the EU, the Japan. 

In 2025, the highest package was offered to the B.Tech students.​ Reportedly, the highest package offered was INR 18 LPA, and the average package was INR 60 LPA and the average package was 12 LPA.
