PSNA College of Engineering and Technology Kothamangalam North Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission to PSNACET is primarily merit-based through Anna University’s single-window counselling system. For B.E./B.Tech programmes, seats are filled through TNEA counselling based on +2 marks. PG admissions (MBA, M.E., MCA) are conducted through TANCET or GATE followed by respective counselling. Management quota seats are also available for direct admission.

Eligibility Criteria

B.E. / B.Tech (UG Programmes): Pass in 10+2 (HSC) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics. Minimum aggregate 45% in PCM for General category (40% for BC/MBC, 40% for SC/ST as per Tamil Nadu norms).

MBA: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

M.E. / M.Tech: B.E./B.Tech in relevant branch with minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

MCA: Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level and minimum 50% marks.

Admission Process (Step-wise)

1. Apply for Entrance Exam — Register for TNEA (UG) or TANCET (PG).
2. Counselling Participation — Attend TNEA / TANCA counselling and select PSNACET (TNEA Code: 5910).
3. Seat Allotment — Check allotment and confirm the seat.
4. Report to College — Complete document verification and pay fees.

Management Quota — Apply directly to the college for management seats.
