For admissions at Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, it is required to fulfill some eligibility criteria as mentioned below:

For B.E./B.Tech: Students must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one of Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Computer Science/Electronics as optional. Minimum aggregate marks required is 50% in these subjects .where English should be chosen as one language.

• For B.Arch:  Students must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics with minimum 50% aggregate marks.
• For PG (M.Tech, MBA, MCA): Students requires a bachelor's degree with minimum 50%marks and valid entrance scores are required.
• Selection Criteria: entrance exam ranks/scores, followed by centralized counseling
• Accepted Exams: KCET, COMEDK UGET, NATA, GATE, CMAT, MAT, KMAT or Karnataka PGCET
