Ramdeobaba University- RBU Admission Process

Admissions at RBU are 100% merit-based with no management quota or capitation fees. All seats are filled through national/state-level entrance exams or the university's own entrance test (RUBEE for UG engineering-related, RUPEE for PG). The process is very easy and online via the official portal, which is admissions.rbunagpur.in or rbunagpur.in ).

Application fee: ₹1,000 (additional ₹1,000 if appearing for RUBEE/RUPEE).

Undergraduate Programs

B.Tech	Passed 10+2 (HSC) with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects + one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject. Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories in Maharashtra). Indian nationality required for most seats.	JEE Main, MHT-CET, or RUBEE.
BCA	Passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved).	Merit in qualifying exam or RUBEE/RUPEE (if conducted).
BBA	Passed 10+2 in any stream with minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved).	Merit in qualifying exam or university entrance (if applicable).

Postgraduate Programs

MBA (Standard & Industry Integrated)	Bachelor's degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate (45% for reserved).	MAH-MBA-CET, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, GMAT, ATMA. Merit based on scores + possible GD/PI.

How to Apply Online through official website of university.

Step 1. Search official website and visit admission portal.
Step 2. Register yourself and fill out online application form (separate applications may be needed for multiple programs).
Step 3. After successful registration, Upload required documents such as mark sheets and community certificate for reserved categories.
Step 4. Pay the application fee online through online payment method.
Step 5. Then Submit the form carefully.
Step 6. Shortlisted candidates will be notified (via SMS/email) for written test/interview.
Step 7. Upon selection, pay fees online to confirm the seat.
