RP Inderaprastha Institute of Technology Karnal Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

To get admissions in RPIIT, students need to fulfil the eligibility criteria, which are mentioned below:

B.Tech

• Passed 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects + Chemistry / Computer Science / Informatics Practices / Biology / Biotechnology as one optional subject.
• Minimum 45% marks in aggregate.
• Age: No specific upper limit mentioned.

B.Pharm (4 years)

• Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry as compulsory + Mathematics / Biology (PCB/PCM/PCMB).
• Minimum 45–50% marks.
• Minimum age: 17 years (as on admission date).

B.Sc Nursing (4 years)

• Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• Minimum 45–50% marks.
• Minimum age: Usually 17–21 years.

MBA (2 years)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 50% marks (47.5% for SC/ST candidates).
• Valid score in CMAT / MAT or equivalent.

M.Tech

• B.Tech / BE in relevant branch with 50% marks.
• Preference for GATE score.
