Saraswati Medical College- SMC Unnao Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Admission to MBBS at Saraswati Medical College (SMC) is strictly based on national-level entrance procedures regulated by the National Medical Commission. Candidates must qualify the NEET-UG, which is the only accepted entrance examination for MBBS in India. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology

• Minimum aggregate marks: 50% (General), 40% (SC/ST/OBC), 45% (PwD)

• Must have qualified NEET-UG with required cutoff percentile

• Minimum age: 17 years at the time of admission

• Must be medically fit as per prescribed standards

• Domicile requirements may apply for state quota seats
  

Admission Process 2026:

• Appear for and qualify NEET-UG examination

• Register for Uttar Pradesh NEET counselling (online mode)

• Fill college preferences, including Saraswati Medical College (SMC)

• Seat allotment based on NEET rank, category, and availability

• Download allotment letter after seat confirmation

• Report to the college for document verification

• Submit required documents (marksheets, NEET scorecard, ID proof, etc.)

• Pay admission fees to confirm the seat.

• Complete final enrollment and begin academic session.
