School of Planning and Architecture- SPA Bhopal Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

SPA Bhopal offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in the field of Planning, Design, and Architecture. At the UG level, the institute offers a B.Arch. and B.Plan. program, and admission to both courses is granted based on the JOSAA. The students must meet the basic requirements set by CSAB. At the PG level, SPA offers an M.Arch. with 3 specialisations, an M.Plan in 2 specialisations, and an M.Des. for 2 years.

Admission to the M.Arch. and M.Plan programs is based on the candidate's GATE score. For M.Des, the candidates must possess a valid score in CEED or must appear for the entrance examination conducted by the institute itself. Admission to the PhD course is based on the candidate’s performance in the entrance exam, followed by an interview.

• Step3. Register online using your email and mobile number on admission portal.
• Step4. Fill Application Form with personal details, academic details, and program preference.
• Step5. Upload Required Documents (marksheets, ID proof, certificates, entrance exam scores, photo, signature).
• Step6. Pay Application Fee online through the portal.
• Step7. Appear for Required Entrance Exam (JEE Main / GATE / CEED / institute test as applicable).

Step8. Participate in Counselling / Screening, UG: JoSAA/CSAB counselling, PG/PhD SPA Bhopal shortlisting + interview/written test

Step9. Check Seat Allotment / Selection Result on website or portal.

Step 10. Accept Offer by paying initial admission/seat acceptance fee.

Step11. Upload/Submit Documents for Verification.

Step12. Report to Campus on given date and complete final admission formalities.
