The aim of the Training & Placement Department of SGIT Ghaziabad is to act as a facilitator to nurture, train, groom and equip our students with the knowledge, technical and personal skill sets and humility to be the select choice of recruiting companies.

The Training & Placement Cell provides all audiovisual facilities for presentations, conferences, written tests, group discussions and personal interviews. After confirmation by the company, a pre-placement talk and interview can be arranged on a mutually convenient date.

Roles and Responsibilities of the T&p Department:

• To provide the students with a platform wherein they can learn and enhance their professional skills.

• Identifying the requirements of the industry and make the students placement-ready.

• Providing qualitative training by inducing them with knowledge.

The schedule for the placement drive is fixed by the placement cell in consultation with the company. Companies can choose to give a pre-placement presentation. The entire procedure for recruitment is left to the company’s choice. All facilities and logistics for the recruitment will be arranged by the placement cell.

SGIT offers various scholarship options to support meritorious and financially‑needy students. These scholarships are typically provided at the time of admission and may continue for the duration of the programme if conditions are met. The main scholarship categories include merit‑based fee waivers, performance‑linked awards for boys and girls, and government or category‑based support.
