The college admission is primarily based on the Maharashtra Law Common Entrance Test and merit for the PG Diploma program. Generally, the application process is conducted online. Eligibility criteria:-

• LL.B.- For this 3-year program, students must have a graduation degree with 45% marks. Students must qualify for MH-LAW CET.
• LL.M. - For this 2-year program, students must have an LL.B. degree with 50% marks. 
• B.A. LLB. - For this program, students must have completed their 12th class and qualify for MH-LAW CET.
• PG Diploma - For this program, students must have a graduate degree.

• Students must register and apply on the official college website or the Maharashtra government State Common Entrance Test website.
• Students must fill out the application form with correct details and upload the required documents. 
• Students will be shortlisted based on their MH-LAW CET exam scores and academic merit.
