The Placement department of SJB Institute of Technology aims to develop competent engineers and business managers equipped with essential skills and be industry ready by the time they enter the corporate world or employment sector. The department develops the required skills in the individual by vigorously training the students as part of our training roadmap right from the 1st semester of their program plan. 

HRD comprises various verticals that includes Corporate Affairs, Learning and Development, Upskilling, On campus, Off Campus and pool campus recruitments for the freshers. These verticals work in coordination with each other along with the support of respective academic departments to ensure the student readiness for the corporate world. 

Their L&D programs help in the holistic development of students with the emphasis on upskilling the students and make them industry ready by the time they reach the final year where their campus recruitment activities start actively.
