SR Group of Institutions Jhansi Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

The admission process at SR Group of Institutions (SRGI), Jhansi, is to check eligibility first before applying. Make sure you meet the eligibility criteria for your chosen course.

Undergraduate (UG) Courses

• B.Tech: Passed 10 + 2 with Physics & Mathematics and one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotech/Technical Vocational subject with minimum marks (usually 45% for general, 40% for SC/ST).
• B.Pharm / D.Pharm: Passed 10 + 2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology/ Computer Science/Biotechnology.
• BBA / BCA: Passed 10 + 2 with the required subjects (Mathematics compulsory for BCA).

Law (BA LLB / LLB): Passed 10 + 2 in the relevant stream.
 

Postgraduate (PG) Courses

• MBA, Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) with the required aggregate.
• MCA, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field + Mathematics qualification.

M.Tech, B.Tech/B.E. in relevant discipline.
 

Entrance Exam / Merit Criteria

Engineering & Technical (B.Tech)

Admission is based on JEE Main score and/or UPTAC (UPCET/UPSEE) counselling conducted by AKTU.
 

Other UG & PG Courses

• CUET UG / CUET-PG scores are accepted for many programs like BBA, BCA, B.Pharm or admission may be done on merit of qualifying examination.

MBA may consider CMAT, CAT, CUET-PG scores along with merit.
 

Application Submission

You can apply in two main ways:

Online through College Portal

• Visit the official SRGI application page: register on the admission portal.
• Fill in personal, educational, and contact details.
• Upload scanned documents (mark sheets, photos, category certificate).
• Pay the application fee (around INR 1,000 – INR 2,500 depending on course).
• Submit and note the application number.
   

Central Counselling / Entrance Portal

For courses requiring state or national exam scores (like JEE Main / UPCET / CUET) are- 

• Register and apply through the respective counselling portal.
• Enter SRGI as a preferred institute during choice filling.
• Attend counselling rounds and wait for seat allotment.
   

Final Enrollment

• Once fees are paid and documents verified, you will receive joining instructions, enrolment details, and an orientation schedule.
• Attend orientation and start classes as per the academic calendar.
