The college has a dedicated Placement and Career Counselling Cell that organises campus recruitment drives, pre-placement training, workshops (resume building, aptitude, interviews, soft skills), mock interviews, and industry interactions throughout the year. It focuses especially on final-year students in B.Com, BBA, MBA, MCA, and professional streams. They visualise empowering women by providing them with the opportunity to be placed in various organisations through the Placement Cell.

Objectives of the Placement Cell:

• Counselling and guiding students.

• Providing job market information to students and the necessary inputs to face the interviews.
• Maintaining a database of registered students to refer them for suitable job vacancies.
• Communication, networking and relationship building with the potential recruiters.
• Conducting campus interviews for reputable and professional organisations.

St. Ann's College for Women primarily facilitates government-sponsored scholarships and provides some institutional financial assistance/merit-based support. As a minority (Christian-managed) autonomous college affiliated to Osmania University, it helps eligible students access various state and central schemes. Important note: Government scholarships (especially Telangana state schemes like Post-Matric/Reimbursement of Tuition Fee - RTF) are available only to students admitted through the DOST portal (for UG courses). Students admitted via management quota or non-DOST routes are generally not eligible for state government scholarships.
