The Career Development Cell provides value addition round the clock, besides rigorous academic sessions, through industrial visits, guest lectures, seminars, and conferences. Extensive industry interface and knowledge management activities develop the required skill sets and industriousness. According to the requirements of the industries, we receive requirements from companies for internship/final placements. Placement assistance is given to eligible students as per the institute rules and company policies. Students get the placements based on their overall academic records, soft skills & overall performance in the selection process (written test, GD/PI as per the company policy).

Key Activities of Placement Cell:

• Organises mandatory internships for architecture and design students, with many securing paid opportunities and around 10% placed internationally.

• Conducts campus placement drives and company recruitment sessions, including pre-placement talks and shortlisting of eligible candidates.

• Arranges alumni placement events and professional milestone celebrations to connect current students with successful graduates.

• Provides comprehensive pre-placement training, including mock interviews, soft skills development, communication enhancement, critical thinking, personal grooming, and business etiquette.

• Hosts industry-specific workshops, guest lectures by renowned architects and designers, seminars, and mentorship programmes.
