Sushant School of Art and Architecture- SAA Gurugram Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Sushant School of Art and Architecture (SAA), part of Sushant University, Gurgaon, conducts admissions for the 2025-2026 academic year primarily through online applications via the university portal. The process is merit-based, combining qualifying exam scores with academic performance, and includes direct university-level selection for most programmes in architecture, planning, and design.

• For B.Arch: Passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as compulsory subjects, securing at least 50% aggregate marks. Must qualify in a national aptitude test: NATA (preferred) or JEE Main Paper 2. 

• For B.Plan/ B.F.A: 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate

• M.Arch.: B.Arch degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks
  

Admission Process:

• Online Registration — Visit the official admissions portal. Click "Apply Now" or register by entering basic details. Submit to receive login credentials (ID/password) via SMS/email.

• Fill in the application form — Log in to the dashboard. Complete the full form with personal, academic, and programme details. Upload required documents: Class 10/12 marksheets, entrance score (NATA/JEE Main), ID proof, photos, etc.

• Pay Application Fee — Pay INR 1500 (non-refundable) online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI through the payment gateway. Successful payment generates a unique application ID for tracking.

• Submit & Await Shortlisting — Submit the form. The university reviews applications based on eligibility. The Composite Merit Index is calculated.

• Shortlisting & Further Rounds — Shortlisted candidates may be called for personal interaction, interview, portfolio review, or counselling session. For B.Arch, it's often directly merit-based without a mandatory interview.

• Offer Letter & Confirmation — Receive provisional offer/admission letter via email/dashboard. Accept by paying the admission/fee amount (partial/full) online or at the campus to confirm the seat.

• Document Verification & Final Reporting — Submit originals for verification (in-person or online as specified). Complete enrolment, pay remaining fees, and report to campus for orientation/registration.
