As with most medical colleges in India, it does not conduct traditional campus recruitment drives with corporate salary packages. Instead, the cell focuses on facilitating smooth internship completion, clinical skill development, and career progression for MBBS and PG graduates.

Key Functions of Placement Cell:

• Coordinating the Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship (CRMI) at the college’s attached teaching hospital, ensuring every MBBS student gains comprehensive hands-on clinical exposure across all major departments.

• Providing career counselling and mentorship on post-MBBS pathways such as preparing for NEET-PG / NEXT, joining as Medical Officers in government or private hospitals, clinical practice, or pursuing higher studies.

• Assisting with documentation for medical registration (Telangana Medical Council), internship certificates, and job/residency applications.

• Organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures on PG entrance preparation, research methodology, communication skills, and emerging trends in healthcare.

• Maintaining an alumni network to offer guidance, references, and opportunities in government health services, corporate hospitals, or further specialization.

• Supporting skill development programs and continuous medical education (CME) activities as per NMC guidelines.
