Symbiosis Institute of Technology- SIT Pune Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

The Symbiosis Institute of Technology offers specializations in the B.Tech, M.Tech, and PhD programs. It also offers dual degrees with International Universities, including the UK and Australia. Admission criteria are merit-based and also include GATE Entrance exam scores.  Find the eligibility criteria for the UG and PG programs below:-

Admission Eligibility:-

• B.Tech:-12th marks + Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are mandatory subjects.
• M.Tech (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Automotive Technology, and Robotics and Automation):-Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregated marks or equivalent CGPA. 
• M.Tech (Engineering Design):- Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregated marks or equivalent CGPA, UG+2 Years of Industry Experience.
• M.Tech (Geoinformatics):- 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in B.E., B.Tech, M.Sc in Geoinformatics, Geology,    Environmental Science, Mathematics, Agriculture, and Physics. 

Admission Process:-

• Candidates are required to apply online for admission on the official website of the Institute. INR 1500 is required to be paid.
• Candidates are required to upload the required documents, and the documents will be verified by the Institute.
• For the NON-GATE Students, the entrance exam and a personal interview will be conducted by the Institute.
  • After the completion of the fee payment for the specific course, the hostel allotment can be done.
