Admission Process for T.S. Misra Medical College & Hospital

Admissions to MBBS are strictly entrance-based through NEET UG and centralized counselling. No direct university application for seats; all allotments via government counselling.

Eligibility Criteria: Must qualify NEET UG with the required percentile. Minimum 17 years as on 31 December of the admission year. Educational Qualification passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English from a recognised board. Minimum aggregate marks in PCB 50% (General), 40% (SC/ST/OBC), 45% (PwD).

Admission Process 2026 Steps are given below:- 

1. Appear and qualify in NEET UG exam conducted by NTA.

2. Register for UP NEET Counselling on the official portal

3. Pay registration fee and upload required documents.

4. Participate in choice filling and locking (select TSMMCH as a preferred college).

5. Seat allotment occurs in multiple rounds (Round 1, Round 2, Mop-up, Stray vacancy if applicable) based on NEET rank, category, and choices.
   

6. If allotted a seat at TSMMCH:

   • Download allotment letter.

   • Report to the designated Government Nodal Centre with allotment letter, demand draft for provisional tuition fee, and original documents for verification.

   • Complete admission formalities; failing to report leads to cancellation.
     

7. After final allotment: Report to TSMMCH campus with balance fee payment, remaining documents, and complete joining process. Hostel is compulsory in most cases.
   

8. Pay full fees upfront, which includes tuition, miscellaneous, security deposit, and hostel charges.
