Welingkar Institute of Management Mumbai Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility Criteria: To get admission in PGDM program at Welingkar Institute of Management Mumbai, you need to have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum 50% of marks for reserved categories (SC/ST, OBC). They have 5% relaxation for aggregate marks. They also need valid scores of national/international exams like CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT, and GMAT. Also, candidates appearing in the final year are eligible to apply; after that, only selected candidates are eligible for admission. After that, they have to give (Group discussion/ personal interviews) GD and PI rounds, weightage for many of PGDM streams are they have to given as an entrance exam with 35% academics with 15% interviews from GD/PI rounds 45% and extra curricular activities with 5% of weightage. 

Entrance Exam: Interested candidates who are Indian students have to appear for the CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT, and GMAT exams, and based on their marks, they can get admission.

How to apply online? 

• Step 1. Admission criteria: The Admission Procedure for Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, is that Candidates must check the eligibility for post-graduation programs.
• Step 2.  Programme selection: Go to the official website of Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai, then under the program tabs, choose the course that you prefer, click on the fee to check the eligibility, fee, and admission details for that course.
• Step 3. Registration: Click on apply now, then create an account using your valid mobile number and mail ID. After you will receive a login ID and password for your registration mail ID and mobile number.
• Step 4. Application form: Fill your application form with your proper personal information and your qualifications of 10,12, and graduation. Your work experience, if any, and entrance exam scores of CAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT, and GMAT.
• Step 5. Application fee: Candidates have to pay an application fee online using a debit/credit card, UPI, or net banking for all programs. Once you make the payment, you will be notified with a confirmation message at your registered email and phone number.
• Step 6. Shortlisting: After successfully submitting your application form, and based on your entrance exam scores, you will be shortlisted by the institutes, and Notifications will be received via email/sms for GD and PI rounds.
