Xavier School of Management- XLRI Gurgaon Gurugram Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

Eligibility criteria of Xavier School of Management (XLRI) 

XLRI only offers PGDM Courses, and to get admission to the campus, you have to graduate from a recognized university with 50-60% marks and a valid score from an Entrance exam like XAT, GMAT, or GRE. Applicants have 5% relaxation in aggregate marks for the reserve category (SC, ST, OBC).

How to apply for the application form:-

• Step 1. To get admission, candidates must check the eligibility for PGDM programs.
• Step 2. Go to the official websites of XAT, GMAT, and GRE, then register as a new candidate on the home page, and then enter your name, email ID, and mobile number as per your academic records. Your user ID and Password will be received via email/sms after you register successfully.
• Step 3. Now visit the official website of XLRI, fill out an online application form, select your PGDM program, and upload the required documents. 
• Step 4. The final selection is made considering entrance exam scores and your performance in the GD and PI rounds. 
• Step 5. Candidates have to pay an application fee according to their categories. Once you make the payment, you will be notified with a confirmation message at your registered email and phone number.
• Step 6.  After successfully submitting your application form, download your XAT, GMAT, and GRE admit card from the same link when released. 
• Step 7. After that, appear for the exam at your allotted exam center. It will be from one of the preferences that you have selected earlier. 
• Step 8. After your result declaration, use your XAT, GMAT, and GRE scores and apply for XLRI admission from their website https://xlri.ac.in/. 

Documents required: Application Form

All documents of candidates should be scanned from the original documents. At the time of admission to XLRI, some qualifications and personal documents are required in the application form. 

Qualification Documents:

• 10+2 marksheet of applicants (200kb)
• Matriculation (10th) marksheet of applicants (150kb)
• Graduation certificate
• Provisional Certificate (if applicants do not have a degree or Marksheet)

Personal Documents:

• Aadhar card
• Scanned Signature of students
• Scanned Passport Size Photo of students
• Caste Certificate (individuals who belong to other categories)
