Amrapali University has a dedicated Placement & Industry Interaction Cell (PIIC), also known as the Central Training and Placement Department (CTPD). It functions as a centralized body that works in coordination with all faculties and deans to support students in career planning, skill development, and securing employment opportunities.

The cell is divided into two main sections:

• One handles engineering & technology, computer applications, commerce & business management, and pharmacy programmes.

• The other focuses specifically on hospitality and catering programmes.

Objectives: The Centralised Training & Placement Department (CTPD) aims to coordinate with the respective faculty to help students clarify their career goals, acquire technical and generic skills, and ultimately become job-ready, converting desired employment opportunities into placement offers.

Vision: To create a niche environment for excellence in training, placement and career orientation and assist students in identifying, developing, evaluating and achieving their career goals.

Students Eligibility: The students who have minimum attendance of 75% in both theory and practical in every semester are eligible to sit in the campus interviews. Students below the 75% attendance need to take necessary approvals from Dean of the Institute but any student below 75% attendance will not be eligible for registration with PIIC in any case. Similarly, attendance in PDP & Employability Training programmes organized by Training & Placement Department should also be 75%. Any failure towards the same will require approval from AU Management Board to be able to participate in PIIC activities.
