Admission Criteria at BCETW are primarily based on national and state-level entrance examinations, followed by centralised counselling and institutional verification. Academic Eligibility candidates must have passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent examination, studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects, and secured the minimum qualifying marks as prescribed by AICTE and MAKAUT (WBUT) norms. 
 

Entrance Examination Requirements are required to appear in at least one of the following WBJEE (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination), JEE Main. The rank/score obtained in these examinations is the primary basis for merit consideration.

Counselling & Seat Allotment, Admission is finalised through centralised counselling conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board or designated authorities. Seat allotment based on entrance rank, category, availability of seats, and choice of branch
 

Document Verification & Final Admission, Shortlisted candidates must complete document verification, pay the admission and course fee, and confirm their seat within the stipulated time period
 

Gender Eligibility: BCETW is a women-only engineering institution; therefore, only female candidates are eligible for admission.
