Scholarship & Financial Support at BCETW offers multiple scholarship and financial assistance options to support meritorious and needy students. These include both government-backed and institutional schemes. Merit-Based Scholarships are awarded to students who achieve high ranks in WBJEE, JEE, or board exams helps reduce tuition fees and promote academic excellence. Government Scholarships are eligible for students who can avail scholarships from West Bengal State Government schemes (e.g., Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means Scholarship). 

Central Government scholarships for SC/ST/OBC/EWS students, AICTE Pragati & Saksham Scholarships for women and differently-abled students. Institutional Scholarships are for special financial aid provided by BCETW for students demonstrating merit or financial need, which can cover partial tuition fee depending on eligibility.
