Admission Process at BNCET, Lucknow, 

Step 1: Check Eligibility

• Candidates must meet course-wise eligibility criteria.
• For B.Tech,
  • 10+2 with Science stream from a recognised board
  • Minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved category).
  • Diploma holders can also apply for lateral entry (subject to eligibility). 

Step 2: Entrance Exam Qualification

Admission is mainly entrance-based, depending on the course:

• B.Tech- JEE Main / UPCET (UPTAC counselling).
• M.Tech- GATE score.
• MBA-  CAT / MAT / UPCET.

Some vacant seats may be filled at institute level or management quota.
 

Step 3: Online Application

• Visit official BNCET admission portal.
• Fill application form with personal and academic details.
• Upload required documents.
• Pay application fee online. 

Step 4: Merit List / Counselling

• Merit list prepared based on entrance exam score.
• Shortlisted candidates called for counselling.
• Choose preferred course/specialisation.

Step 5: Document Verification

Candidates must submit:

• 10th & 12th mark sheets
• Entrance exam scorecard
• Transfer & migration certificate
• Identity proof
• Category certificate

Step 6: Seat Allotment & Fee Payment

• Seat allotted based on merit and counselling.
• Pay admission fee to confirm seat.
