Deshbandhu College New Delhi Scholarships: Eligibility & Scholarship Amount 2026

Deshbandhu College offers multiple financial assistance schemes, merit scholarships, and fee concessions to support students academically and financially. Fee Concession Scheme is for colleges to provide annual fee concessions to deserving students. Around 20% of students may receive partial or full concessions based on financial need, and applicants must submit income proof and previous academic records. Merit-Based Scholarship with strong academic performance can apply for merit scholarships, awarded based on High marks in previous examinations, Overall academic excellence and Consistent performance in college. Financial Assistance Fund at Deshbandhu College has an internal Financial Assistance Fund that supports economically weaker students, students with good academic standing, and students who submit valid supporting documents (income proof, marksheets).

Government / University Scholarship Students of Deshbandhu College are eligible for several Delhi University and Government of India scholarship schemes, including Post-Matric Scholarship, SC/ST/OBC/EWS Scholarships, National Scholarship Portal (NSP) schemes, minority Scholarships, and CUET/DU special schemes. Loan Scholarship (Based on Merit) for Students scoring 60% or above in previous exams may apply for loan-based scholarships offered through the college’s welfare funds.
