D.Y Patil College of Architecture Pune Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

DYPCOA offers a 5-year full-time Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program and a 2-year M.Arch program. Admissions are primarily for B.Arch (the flagship UG program), conducted through a centralized process managed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra. 

Eligibility Criteria for B.Arch:

• No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless she / he has passed 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

• Appeared in NATA as per COA guidelines and notifications.
  

Eligibility Criteria for M.Arch:

• Candidates should have B.Arch. degree with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from UGC recognized university.

• Valid GATE / MH- CET / PERA CET score is applicable.

Admission Process

Appear for NATA:

• Register and take NATA (multiple sessions per year; best/valid score used).

• Qualify as per CoA criteria.

Register for Maharashtra B.Arch CAP:

• Visit the official CET Cell website.

• Fill the online application form for B.Arch admissions.

• Upload documents: 10th/12th marksheets, NATA scorecard, caste certificate (if applicable), domicile, etc.

• Pay the application/processing fee.

Merit List and Allotment:

• Merit prepared with composite score: Typically 50% weightage to NATA score + 50% to Class 12th (or Diploma) aggregate (PCM emphasized).

• Provisional/final merit lists released by CET Cell.

• Fill college preferences (include DYPCOA).

• Seat allotment in multiple CAP rounds (usually 3 rounds + stray vacancy/institute level).

Reporting and Confirmation:

• If allotted DYPCOA, report to the college with original documents for verification.

• Pay fees and complete formalities
