IIBS Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria for MBA or PGDM programs is to need to pass bachelor's degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university with minimum 50% aggregate marks. Apart from them, 45% marks are required for SC/ST candidates. Moreover, Final-year graduation students can apply provisionally, but must submit proof of completion before the program starts. Valid score in national-level entrance exams or IIBSAT (institute's own test).

How to fill online application and get admission directly from the official website. Instructions are given below. 

  • Step 1. Online Application: Fill and submit the application form on the official website (https://www.iibsonline.com/  for PGDM and https://www.iibs.edu.in  for MBA). Pay application fee if applicable. Then Verify email Id and complete registration.
  • Step 2. Submit Entrance Score: Upload or provide valid entrance exam scores.
  • Step 3. Shortlisting: It is mainly based on entrance scores, academic performance, and profile.
  • Step 4. Selection Rounds: Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Corporate Interview/Evaluation (conducted by industry experts).
  • Step 5. Result Declaration: after that, within 3 days after completion of GD/PI rounds.
  • Step 6. Admission Confirmation: Pay online registration fee of INR 1 Lakh, which is non-refundable to block the seat. Submit required documents and complete fee payment in installments.
  • Step 7. Final Enrollment: Join the program after full verification.

Documents Required- 

  • Graduation mark sheets and degree certificate (or provisional for final-year students).
  • Entrance exam scorecard.
  • ID proof, photographs, category certificate (if applicable), etc. (Exact list provided post-shortlisting).
