IIFT Kakinada has various Scholarship schemes to offer help to students with weaker financial backgrounds. To get benefit of these schemes, students must be fulfilling eligibility criteria:
- Need Based Scholarship Scheme - Under this scholarship programme, Institute pays interest subsidy on Educational Loan for 27 months from the time the loan is taken from a Bank. This scholarship scheme is not valid for those students who take admission from AY 2023 onwards.
- New Scholarship Scheme (NSS) - New scholarship scheme covers 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT.
- Scholarships offered by Government of India - Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students which can be availed through National Scholarship Portal.
- Other Scholarship Programmes: There are scholarships offered by other organizations, namely Exam Bank Scholarship and OPJEM Scholarship.
