IIM Amritsar is renowned for its 2-year full-time flagship MBA course. IIM Amritsar admissions 2026 are based on entrance exam scores. Admission to the MBA course is based on the CAT entrance exam scores. The CAT percentage has been 95 for the past 2 years. This indicates a competitive kind of selection process. The percentage also shows that students must be among top 5% of all CAT test-takers to join the MBA course of IIM Amritsar.

Note*Candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline are eligible to apply for the MBA, MBA BA, and MBA HR programs. The total course fee for all MBA programs at IIM Amritsar is INR 14.2 lakhs.

Step to apply, 

• Step 1:  Register for CAT Exam at https://iimcat.ac.in. 
• Step 2: Select IIM Amritsar as one of your preferred institutes while filling the CAT form.
• Step 3: After the CAT results, check your shortlisting status on the official IIM Amritsar website.
• Step 4: Fill out the online application form (for PI round) on the IIM Amritsar portal: https://application.iimamritsar.ac.in. 
• Step 5: Attend the Personal Interview (PI) as per schedule.
• Step 6: If selected, confirm admission by paying the acceptance fee and uploading required documents.
