Indian Institute of Management- IIM R Raipur Admission 2026: Process, Eligibility & Selection Criteria

IIM Raipur offers an MBA, a 2-year, full-time residential master’s program, as its flagship course. From 2025 onwards, IIM Raipur will no longer be a part of the Common Admission Process (CAP) and will instead independently manage the selection process for MBA. The final selection will be based on the CAT scores, followed by Group Discussions and a personal interview. The CAT 2024 cutoff for MBA admission at IIM Raipur was 80th percentile for the General Category.

PhD courses are also offered at IIM Raipur. To be eligible for admission, candidates must secure a minimum of 55% marks at the Master’s level. Eligible candidates will be required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) held by the IIMs. Those who have qualified for GATE, GRE, GMAT, or JRF can also apply for a PhD.

Steps to apply;

• Register for CAT on iimcat.ac.in and select IIM Raipur.
• Appear for the CAT Exam and meet the required cutoff.
• Get shortlisted based on CAT score and eligibility.
• Attend WAT & PI rounds (Written Test & Personal Interview).
• Receive an Admission Offer if selected.
• Confirm Admission by paying the fee and submitting documents.
