IMS BHU, students are required to undergo a one-year compulsory rotating internship at the associated Sir Sunderlal Hospital. This internship provides extensive exposure to real patient care across multiple departments such as Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Emergency. During the internship, students actively participate in ward rounds, OPD services, minor procedures, and emergency duties.
