Jigyasa University Dehradun Scholarships: Eligibility & Scholarship Amount 2026

Jigyasa University offers a number of scholarships:

Merit-based Scholarship - if students get 95+ percentage in 12th class, they get a 100% tuition fee waiver, above 90% to 95% they get a 60% tuition fee waiver, and students also maintain 75% attendance every semester.

Uttarakhand Domicile Scholarship -25% off tuition fees for students who are Uttarakhand domiciles.

Girl Child Scholarship - 20% waiver on tuition for girl students.

Employee Spouse & child - 50% waiver for children/ spouse of university employees.

Physical Disability - if a student is physically disable then they get 15% waiver on tuition fees. 

Sports Scholarships - this scholarship is based on level : state level -25% tuition fees waiver, National level - 50% tuition fees waiver, International level - 100% tuition fees waiver.

NOTE - Only one scholarship can be applied for per student from these categories.

To retain the scholarship, students need to maintain certain academic & attendance standards. For ex- 75% attendance and 7.0+ CGPA.
